WHO I AM

Let me introduce myself!

I’m Sara De Pietro, and for as long as I can remember, organizing has always been my greatest passion.

Throughout my life, I’ve sought the best way to express my many facets, independently and free from external influences.

My love for travel, art, and my constant curiosity led me on a journey of genuine self-discovery and clarity about what I truly wanted: to channel all my passions into one ultimate outcome: event planning, in all its aspects, and above all, the emotion behind it!

I truly believe that the emotions we experience every day guide our every step and decision. Even more, emotions are the key to every memory and connection.

And what is an event if not engagement, experience, and emotion?

MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

My journey in the world of events began at a very young age in the M.I.C.E. sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events.)

I spent years organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and incentive events across Italy.

My boundless energy and desire to travel and explore the world soon had me boarding a plane whenever possible! I had periodically leave my hometown, Rome, to return with a deeper awareness of myself, a clearer understanding of what I wanted for my future and greater fluency in the foreign languages I had studied.

I had a clear goal: to expand the number of foreign markets I could engage with!

This wouldn’t have been possible without dedicated study of the market and its native language.

I decided, after several years in the industry, to continue on my own way, outlining my personal style and expanding my experience even further into other sectors than M.I.C.E .

In fact, it was Destination Wedding and the big Fairs and Sports Events that drew my attention, even though they were universes apart.

I loved observing how there were infinite commonalities that could be found in any type of event, just as many different details to pay attention to and focus on depending on the case.

Here again, the goal was very clear to me: to increase my know-how regardless of the nature of the event, enriching my professional baggage more and more.
